Team Registration for 2009 Competition

This page provides all the forms you'll need to get your team(s) registered for the 2009 San Diego Regional Science Olympiad. It's as easy as 1-2-3. Bring completed form to the first coahces meeting or mail to address provided at bottom of this page.

  1. First Team Registration Form
    A team has a maximum of 15 students. (There is no minimum number of students for a team.) For your first team, you are required to register and pay dues to the
    Regional organization ($50), the State ($30) and to the National Science Olympiad ($60) in order to participate in the Regional (San Diego County) Competition. Purchase Orders are NOT accepted and your check must be received before your team is registered. Only AFTER you have registered will you get a Coaches Manual. You will get one manual per school. You may register by mail or at our first coaches meeting in October.
    Important: This form and full payment is due no later than December 1, 2008.

  2. Additional Teams Registration Form
    Use this form to register your additional teams (one form for each group up to 15). Each additional team will be registered for $100 (National + Regional fee). You may also register additional teams at a later date, but all teams must be registered before December 1, 2008. Each team must have its own team name.
    Important: This form and full payment is due no later than December 1, 2008.

  3. Guarantee of Insurance Form
    This form to be completed in its entirety and returned by November 14, 2008. If any of your team members plan to attend the Workshop at Rancho Bernardo High School on November 15, 2008, you may bring this form, completed, with you to the Workshop. Important: This form is due by November 14, 2008.

  4. PUSD Guarantee of Insurance Form
    For Poway Unified Schools Only. This form to be completed in its entirety and returned we by November 14, 2008. If any of your team members plan to attend the Workshop at Rancho Bernardo High School on November 15, 2008, you may bring this form, completed, with you to the Workshop.
    Important: This form is due by November 14, 2008.
