ROCKS AND MINERALS - Division B
Teams will demonstrate their knowledge of rocks and minerals from the Official Science Olympiad Rock and Mineral List.

Multiple-choice event.
Students will be divided up into 2 rooms. Each room will have the same 10 stations.
Over 4 minutes 20 seconds per station.
Each station will have multiple rocks, students will have time to work on the questions.
Identification is very important.
Time breaker, 10th station – it is fun!
At every station, the samples are related to each other in some way.
